If your prescription is going to run out, please give at least one week notice to our office staff.

If you require a prescription to be faxed out of the Bancroft area, please note that long distance charges may apply.

Prescriptions for narcotics and sedatives will NOT be renewed over the phone.

Your doctor or pharmacist are both excellent sources of information about your medication.
